The closest thing I have seen to my view of a strategic reorganization plan is
strategic defaults being done by many homeowners.  While strategic defaulting is
generally a wise decision for many property owners, doing so may expose you to
legal and tax risks.  Investing some additional time and very little money to do a
strategic reorganization can eliminate most of those legal and tax risks, may also
gain substantial financial benefit and may allow you to stay in the property free
from making payments legally during the plan.
Generally, what we do for you on a strategic reorganization is you come to our
office for approximately 2 hours and sit down with Kim Rode, as an attorney, and
with David Pereira, as the technical expert.  In that meeting, information is
collected on your individual situation and a plan and recommendations are
provided to you.  We will then seek your approval on areas of the plan and then
set you on your path to success in your strategic reorganization.
